Fort Worth, Texas (March 4, 2024) — Bell Textron announced the signed purchase agreement to QuikTrip Corporation for their second Bell 429 helicopter.
QuikTrip Corporation, commonly known as QuikTrip (QT), operates a rapidly growing convenience store chain located in 18 U.S. states. QuikTrip Corporation plans to use the Bell 429 helicopters to seamlessly transport executives across its more than 1,400 stores nationwide to efficiently attend to business needs, all while significantly reducing travel times.
“Bell is thrilled that QuikTrip Corporation has chosen the Bell 429 platform to add to its existing corporate transport fleet that also includes a Bell 429 and Bell 407GXi. This acquisition will complement and support the company’s growing business needs,” said Lane Evans, managing director, North America. “The Bell 429 continues to be an ideal platform for corporate and VIP transportation around the world for its versatility, comfort, and reliability.”
With more than 450 Bell 429 helicopters currently operating worldwide, the global fleet has exceeded over 602,000 flight hours total.
